So, who better for me to begin with than my business partner and dear friend Alan Frew?
Alan is a Canadian music icon, with 5 Juno Awards, 5 Canadian Classic Awards and a Grammy nomination. He is a public speaker, corporate team builder and he and I have co-authored a book called "The Action Sandwich" http://www.chapters.indigo.ca/books/The-Action-Sandwich-Alan-G-Frew/9780973686395-item.html?cookieCheck=1
In addition to that he is one of the kindest people I know and gives his time, music and amazing hugs tirelessly to those in need. His work with Breast Cancer Research and Military Families is exemplary, and to add to it all, he tells a joke better than anyone I know. For those who are not from Canada and may not be familiar with Alan, here is a link to his website: http://www.alanfrew.com and this is a link to a song he co-wrote for the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympic Games http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zNA6xsTYcfA where he had the opportunity to inspire us all to "Believe". I am grateful to Alan for being part of our new "Ten Questions".
