 Have you ever said or done something and then later thought, "I can't believe I could have been so thoughtless"? Maybe you were having a bad day or some other unrelated event triggered a negative reaction from you and now you want to make it right before it becomes a serious rift.

 Fear will paralyze all of us at one point or another. Financial pressure, illness, relationships and other hardships can be overwhelming at times. Ask a friend for friendship. Wouldn't you want to know if someone you loved was feeling this way? Wouldn't you help them?
